 I interviewed in person (grilled!) 8 real estate agents when I was ready to move from Buckhead to semi-rural Henry County in 2004. Ursula was the best listener. She didn't try to tell me what I wanted, as was the case of some who were just flying through buyers at that point in time. In 2004 Henry County was enjoying a boom as one of the ten fastest growing counties in the United States, a position we held for a decade. Most agents were capitalizing on fast sales and trying to put buyers into homes that they could ill afford because loan terms were so loose. Not Ursula.
